   I don't think this character is worth publishing because his attacks are the same as the original Reimu, but some things have been modified in the .cns file like attack, power, life, etc. 
   NOTE* she have 5 palletes: 
   Original Reimu: The attacks are normal, nothing new. 
   Yokoro: Black and white, and attacks are normal and there are no changes to it. 
   HeijiAkami: Black and white, and attacks are normal and there are no changes to it. 
   Light and Dark: The attacks are different and there are no changes.
