By "Reikoto" Reimu edit, non cheap character. I don't think this character is worth publishing because his attacks are the same as the original Reimu, but some things have been modified in the .cns file like attack, power, life, etc. NOTE* she have 5 palletes: Original Reimu: The attacks are normal, nothing new. Yokoro: Black and white, and attacks are normal and there are no changes to it. HeijiAkami: Black and white, and attacks are normal and there are no changes to it. Light and Dark: The attacks are different and there are no changes. Enjoying this character! -

By "Mikato" A wonderfull chracter that work for mugen 1.0 and winmugen (i don't know that will be work for mugen 1.1) Shigomi StarMars, is a wonderful girl like Reimu Hakurei. She usually feels angry sometimes, but she fixes the issue. However, the voice was not changed, but rather left to Reimu's voice. Enjoying this character!
