    This is nexus games Akira, based on the latest update of sega vs capcom 2. He was updated by myself. wish i knew how to make his ai harder.
    -- changed his skin toned on his alts to make it accurate  
    -- changed his voices to his memorable VF voice. a few i kept
    -- removed his auras from his special moves. as for super special moves i kept
    -- lastly I changed his commands to his super special moves to make them easier.
