Imagine Soul Donald 2nd, but he is Dark Donald-styled and have some more cheapness.
Well, Dark Soul Donald is for you! He has the same exact palettes as the original Soul Donald 2nd, but obviously more cheap, like his cheap 12p palette, or his 11p or 10p less cheap palettes.
If you wanna give a try for this edit, go to download it and test it!
(Also he works with WinMugen and M.U.G.E.N 1.0, but i didn't test it for M.U.G.E.N 1.1, so i don't know if he works for that version)

(Original description of the MA page)
This is a beta of the first character I made, It's supposed to be the president of Argentina. I used Masukenpu-kun's Suave Dude sprites without glasses (I added a few) and CHOUJIN's Songoku kamehameha sprites for the hyper. It has it basic standing, crouching and jumping attacks, 6 special moves, 1 hyper and no throws. The sounds are from KFM (I'm planning to use my owns later). I'm looking for feedback! - by TwoPokenin
