The guy might have hideous sprites but I don't think he plays bad at all. I don't think every one of his moves needs an EX version though since many of them are variations of each other. -
She plays fine but the sprites and animation could be much better. -

More animated than she appears and has at least decent-enough AI to put up a fight on an easy setting. Obviously a joke character since she can fight pretty well despite sitting on her fat ass the whole time and uses various ki attacks (which I assume are wishes from the Dragon Balls) and can teleport. Overall, surprisingly decent and better than most of MUGEN's trash but she's no quality character. -
It has potential to play like a decent Hyper Dimension character but is incomplete like most of Chuchoryu's works. Might want to edit the.def file before trying because the coding folder doesn't exist and will crash MUGEN. -
It heals from being attacked so do nothing to win. Because of this, the training post bonus stage won its first AI fight. Just look at that fine moment! Sandbag must be really proud right now. -
It makes me wonder, are the Capcom and SNK characters available on this site, the best ones? It's what I see so far. -
Not how I'd imagine Papyrus would sound yet it's so fitting. -

I'm glad he wasn't made so serious. I definitely like his run animation and how he pulls a bike out of nowhere. Fun character. -

Great sprites and has most of her moves from Maximum Impact 2, or at least the ones me and the AI were able to do. And speaking of AI, it's pretty vicious so expect a challenge when fighting her. All in all, very good for a first release of Luise. -

This is one of the best stages I've ever seen in Mugen that was converted from a game that uses 3D models. I mean, it's pretty much as close to perfect as you can get. -
I really should check out Vanguard Princess because all the characters I've played from it have been pretty good. -
