    !!! I remember trying so hard to find this character in those old MUGEN forums, it was pretty hard to get. Probably one of the very first rare characters, although the moveset and spritework are utter crap, I love this char just for the nostalgia. the old aspect of this character it's truly the charm. Thanks for uploading this! HEE HEEE!
