  3. God Orochi Tampa Bay Edition

    What is this ?
    This is a low-effort AI Patch/Edit of Ahuron's God Orochi, made for the sole purpose of making fun of the 2018-2019 Tampa Bay Lightning, a NHL team with an historic winning season (62 wins out of a possible 82) yet got swept by the Wild Card team and the last qualifing team, the Columbus Blue Jackets, in the playoffs.
    I literally laughed my ass off when this happened.

    What is changed ?
    Nerfed the automatic regeneration.
    Added a var and a few commands in the AI that will activate what I called the ChokeAI when the opponent happens to have low health. It is exactly what is said on the tin. This also works in simul mode.
    Added a few sounds and some pictures for good measure that can appears when the ChokeAI is activated and when God Orochi Tampa Edition got K.Oed.
    Everything else is intact
    Note: How convenient to post this when that hockey team is likely going to win the cup this year !
    And it did ! Bruh moment for me.

  4. Doomguy (AI patch and Edit of Flynn Taggar)

    First off, thanks David Demianoff for giving me permission to release this AI patched version of this character.
    But man it is an old one.
    This is mostly an AI patch of David Demianoff's Flynn Taggar, and while he can use all his weapons, he will mostly zone with his trusty Shotgun.
    He is quite OP but he is decent for his time, especially that I haven't seen another Doomguy in MUGEN.

    What's changed ?
    - Replaced its displayname to ''Doomguy''
    - Added AI
    - (Invulnerability Item) Replaced the DefMulSet into an NotHitBy, as the former didn't work.
    - (Invulnerability Item) Replaced the PalFx so that it does not have seizure effects.

  5. Baby Vegeta Final Bout (Edit)

    Well, this thing is.....somewhat questionable. It is still a decent attempt to make a Final Bout character to MUGEN, and considering how shitty
    the original game is, you get the point.
    Changes
    - Nerfed the Health and Defense from 2000 and 350 to 1250 and 125 respectively, as he is Radish SSJ4 tier otherwise.
    - Made most of the attacks to have CLSN1 (Attack hitboxes) earlier.
    - Modified the Kick Combo Super. It takes 700 power instantly and 300 during the special, instead of being completely gradual. The first two CLSN1 boxes arebigger and whiff less  against regular opponents, and the second to last attack launches the opponent forward in the air, allowed Baby Vegeta to land his last punch of this Super.
    - Added a more competent AI.
    - Added a 12p mode. It have permanent SuperArmor and a 1.5 damage multipler. I added an attempt of a ''Blanco'' palette. Also, a Green palette was unused and was added to the rotation.

    ''I am here to shape the snatch !'' - RANK10YGO
    Well, this character is something. He is based off on one of the worst card in Yu-Gi-Oh!, at least statewise, but his bad stats, fedora, bow tie and his ''horrible power'' is enough to make   him a meme in the Yu-Gi-Oh! community.
    Despite his limited moveset, he is somewhat OP. He can chain most of his attacks and combined with Buraiken, can deal a 65% combo with it. For a small caliber character, he is not that bad.
    Soome other changed included
    - Heavily nerfed the Buraiken on block. It will deal extremely unreasonable damage otherwise. By unreasonable I mean it will chip 70% off your health.
    - Made some of his hitboxes more consistent.
    - Nerfed his Health. Attack and Defense are left intact.

    What is this ?

    This is an edit of Refrigerator by KUROGOMA. A few things got changed compared to the original character in order to be more competitive in an AI match setting, either against a player or another AI character.

    What changed ?
    Reworked the hitboxes.
    Increased the power gain from the charging move.
    Modified the watermelon helper. Watermelons can no longer hurt their user. They become active much quicker, at the cost of having a way smaller duration time.
    Either the cans and the watermelons have a chance to be spawned from all basic attacks, including the crouching and jumping ones.
    Basic attacks can hit downed opponents.
    Freeze effect from the counter have a smaller duration time. Its damage have been slighty increased.
    Refrigerator Final will land its attack much quicker. Damage have been lowered.
    Redone the AI entirely.
    Added an intro sound and changed the deathscream.
    Note; Palette modes are left unchanged

    My first character ever created. She is based off cheapies that cannot be fought through conventional means, and there is way too many of these bloody things, and are almost all in multiple layers of edginess.
    Let's create one that can be actually fought normally and more tolerable to the eyes. Right ?

    What is this ?
    This is probably the first version of Blaziken ever made for MUGEN, made during the late 2000s. It is quite qestionable with many attacks with infinite priority, high meter regen, and infinites. Still, it is quite an honest attempt to make that fiery Pokemon to MUGEN, before better versions got made.
    Two AIs are included. The abusive one mostly focuses on, well, abusive strategies. Change the folder's name if you want to change the AI.

    I thought of making his attacks more based on the game by changing his gameplay style but

    the Altair 1.0 def file also works for winmugen, though it's fair to warn you
    playing on mugen 1.0 and winmugen will mess up the epic cutscenes that i put
    into this character so i recommend you just download mugen 1.1 and experience
    altair to his fullest potential.

    AI patch update.
    This character sure is something, especially as being one of the only Assassin's Creed character that is somewhat decent.
    Kick Combo is by far the most broken move in his arsenal, as he can be comboed into his sword normals, leading to infinites.
    It can even be chained into itself, but requires some timing.
    Counter works againt projectiles and helpers, and the low health version plays the cutscene even if it misses the opponent.
    Speaking of cutscenes, the one played for the low health counter have transparency issues. For comparaison, the Assassinate one works well, even if both are very choppy.
    Al Mulaim Super is nearly usless, having an insanely long startup time, giving the opponent plenty of time to block.
    Assassinate command is somewhat wrong. It is D,DB,D,F,x, not B,F,c.
    Most moves can be comboed into the Assassinate Hyper. As it deals 500 damage, the opponent with low enough health is in death range if he is comboed.
    Well, that's all. This AI patched version make him use of most of his combos while being somewhat fair, as well for being a source of entertainement against AI opponents.

    Unfortunately, it's AI activation makes the character 1.X only.
    Still, thanks for the character!
