This is a MUGEN incarnation of Kwon, the playable character from Human Killing Machine, with most of the jank from it, except that he can summon all his opponents as Assists. He also have a damage increase the more damaged he is.
Both mechanics can be adjusted in config.st.

''A mighty undead sorcerer who was once Sett's apprentice thousands of years ago.''
One of the playable characters from the infamous fighting game Shaq-Fu. Mostly a conversion with many things changed to fit within the game engine.
Is a 4-buttons character. He have a fury counter that could be activated after receiving 300 damage that doesn't come from custom states. Activate it for a 35% attack boost that lasts for 5 seconds. Also, all his specials can be cancelled into each other during the first recovery frame and beyond, except Burning Touch, which can be cancelled afer 9 frames, based off from a bug that exists in the orginal game somehow.

Everyone's favorite useless fish in Pokemon, known for begin one of the weakest Pokemon until it evolves into Gyarados.
Its moveset is based off moves this Pokemon could have in any versions of Magikarp, event ones included, and yes, it have Flail despite being a Gen 2 move.
Note: Magikarp can't move at all unless by Jumping (Splash) or by using Tackle or Flail.

Spy Sapping My MUGEN Character

Note: This is an overpowered standalone edit of Fiction Fight 2's Spy; download the fullgame here; https://gamejolt.com/games/fiction-fight-2/870376 Also, please note that while this version of the character works in Fiction Fight 2, it is made using an earlier version of the build.
What is changed ?
- Everything is made overpowered, while fixing some notorious infinites.
- All Sappers are now Helpers instead of grabs, allowing Spy to use his moves against stunned opponents.
- Also, all Sappers are put on a cooldown after each attempted use.
- Spy now throw 2 Conniver's Kunais in quick succession in the ground version of the move, with some health being given back on hit.
- Diamondback now gain a guaranteed critical hit on each successful use of any Sappers.
- Snack Attack's grab moves happen much more faster compared to the original.
- Invisibility Watch now give a 1.5 damage boost upon uncloak for 30 frames. Also, there is a life penalty if you cloak for too long.
- You can use the basic moves upon a successful Dead Ringer use.
- Many commands are simplified compared to the original.
- A much, much, more agressive AI.
- Some Mini-Crits and Crits effects are added in some moves alongside some sound effects.

Note: This character is a work of fiction. Due to recent unfortunate events and the violent nature of the sport, anything resembling IRL events is purely a coïncidence. Thank you for understanding.
This is the Kunio from the sport every Canadians love to talk about, from the NES game Ike! Nekketsu Hockey Bu: Subette Koronde Dairantō, and there is no official English version of the game. Knock down the opponent with his hockey stick, which bought time for him to charge up powerful unblockable shots based off the game.
Fun fact, the final team you have to face against in this game is the Canadians. Finally, we are the final bosses in a video-game.

(Summary)
Well, the characters sure are weird. They love to perform combos and infinites, and while these are theorically doable by human players, they are nigh-impossible to pull off because of extremely tight timing and the requirement of doing a command to perform the fwd dash and the Specials (in Joe's case). Both him and Joe have a very doable 100% combo anyways, so those maybe made the chars more entertaining.
Joe is literally almost a copypaste from Ken except for the Specials, yet he win against him 75% of the time.
Also, a (maybe not) bug that allow Joe to use the Flip Kick in the air is fixed.

An Edit of Puff-Shrrom by Camren Springer, making him overpowered to an extend, and adding new moves and units.
If you know Busted Peashooter already, you know the deal.
Most of the changes compared to the original.
- You always start a round with at least 250 Power, enough to summon 2 Sun-Shrooms.
- Puff-Shroom's basic attack have a limited range. Scaredy-Shroom's range is unlimited however.
- Way faster moves, also, can be used in the air.
- Units can be summoned a little behind you, or in front of you, close or away, by moving forward or backward while pressing the corresponding button respectively.
- Units can't be summoned offscreen.
- Added Spikeweed, Imitater (to duplicate as an immobile Puff-Shroom), and Plantern as units.
- You can have 3 Sun-Shrooms, 2 Hypno-Shrooms, 2 Starfruits and 2 Spikeweed an the same time. You can only have 1 Plantern and 1 Imitater on screen.
- All units except Blover have health, and died when they reach 0.
- Starfruit, Plantern, ''died'' if they are going offscreen, triggering their cooldown.
- Added Gloom-Shroom as a Super move.
- Loads of misc. changes.
- Added HUD that display the units you can summon.
- Added easter eggs.
