    Of all Blanka mugen characters around this one i like the most his main creator is Gou-San so i decide to make some changes, add some special effects on his moves (keeping only 3 Hypers) and keeping a level 3 one that he has with Dan and Sakura and a GUARD PUSH mechanic Watch the video and Enjoy!
