MUGEN CHARACTER RELEASE ! : BLANKA MVC2

Of all Blanka mugen characters around this one i like the most his main creator is Gou-San so i decide to make some changes, add some special effects on his moves (keeping only 3 Hypers) and keeping a level 3 one that he has with Dan and Sakura and a GUARD PUSH mechanic

ROCKET RACCOON MVC2!

The main creator is ahmed el muhammedy and i decide to polish some of his moves, add a proton cannon hyper and add the hyper background MVC2 style the only thing that somehow i couldn't do is to add Act files but other than that ahmed el muhammedy did a wonderful job here

The main author is M.M.R, i took some new sprites from and i made a new ones and i also add a Bloody High Claw Hyper and a V-TRIGGER move from SFV and of course the MVC2 hyper background and many other stuff!

Kenshiro99 really made a wonderful job here ,and I don't remember who did it but someone add the Dragon Ball Fighterz images on the specials and i decide to made some changes too, i manage to add some new insta transmition moves and another MVC2 style hyper move DBFZ style !
