I don't know who this character is in particular, but I do know that it is a player character in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas. His animations are taken from the game's cover system, I think. This character was pretty infamous during the golden age of M.U.G.E.N. Like Omega Tom Hanks, this character has no hitboxes, and he only has one attack: firing his gun. Also like Omega Tom Hanks, this character was released as an April Fool's joke in 2007. One year later, he would be taken offline (although warehouses still went on to host him) and be repurposed as part of Sue Sakamoto. -

Since there are a lot of punching bags, shouldn't there be a subcategory of the Joke Characters section exclusively for punching bags? Here are some examples (if not all of them)

Trollsome is a series of Scratch games, so I think this character belongs in the Video Game Characters section. -
When I said I wanted that Sukapon moved, I meant that the Joy Mech Fight section should be made a subcategory of the Nintendo section, as Joy Mech Fight was published and developed by Nintendo.

As Meggy is a semi-original character from SMG4 (originally being an Inkling before becoming an anime human in SMG4, and then being human ever since in SMG4 and in Sunset Paradise), I believe Meggy should go in the Cartoon section. -
