Smoke Choked

My April Fools character, and the first ever one I'm releasing on public! This is pretty much the entire (not really) Nice Boat scene from the School Days anime as a MUGEN character and that's it. The gimmick of this character is... just sit back and watch the Nice Boat moving while August Wilhelmj's Air on the G String is playing. Another thing this character can do is pretty much soft lock the whole match to anything normal (does this mean this character is a Defeat Challenge? Meybe!), also both the scene and music can loop of course. As shown in the video, the scene was coded as a intro and you can skip it but it goes straight to a random Nice Boat meme I took from the Know Your Meme website.

I would put this in the Capcom Edits section, but since this was not made by Dronk himself, I feel that the YouTubers section is more appropriate.

It's a Dan edit based on(?) Dronk, a relatively well-known M.U.G.E.N. creator and YouTuber. Comes with a Violent mode in a separate def file.

Yeah, that's the actual name of the character. Fitting, considering that for a long time, this character was a rare find. Until July 9, 2023, this character was lost media.

Dating back to November 4, 2009, Rare is an OC cat character. Not much is known about Rare, in regards to his backstory.

Rare has similar playstyle and mechanics to most of the author's creations like his brain meter that acts like his powerbar. He can uses his unicorn horn to stab oppoenents or uses his puppeteering shadow to zone or grab characters, while also allowing Rare to move quickly across the stage. Rare is shown from the release video to have an AI, but it's currently unknown how strong it is.

Pasta is definetly the better of the two bootleg shotoclones - his projectile can be hard to jump over and he's got decently fast normals, espacilly his low medium punch.

Pasta's got some weird atributes to him that can hinder him alot, such as his Tatsu not even being a combo despite carrying him across the entire stage.

His inability to combo does not particularly help him either, though he's got good damage on all of his moves, at least.
If his opponents have any sort of counter, be it a parry or similar, they will most likely have the advantage over him. Pasta can sit comfortably around lower tiers, but there's no denying he'd never be above them. He also has the tendency to just job matches every now and then as per usual with these kinds of chars. His throw is likely his best way of dealing damage, it's very fast and consistent. He can win matches every now and then, but it's not the usual for him.

SOUL SURVIVOR is the first Prime Sanctum, accessed through the hidden Perfect Door in [ 3-1: BELLY OF THE BEAST ]. The door will only open upon achieving a "Perfect" rank on every mission in both the Prelude and Act I.

NESMario123's Bubsy is the very 1st Bubsy character that was made for the engine in 2012, predating FourthRhyme's version by 5 years.

As of 11/25/2022, it was recently discovered that the character was found by a user named "Um Cool" who secretly re-uploaded the character on the MUGEN Archive website, which became a forgotten post that was overlooked upon for over 4 years until the discovery was made.

To add prove that this is the right version of Bubsy being uploaded, NESMario123 (now known as RANK7YGO) himself confirmed in a comment that he was going to reupload the character before the user mentioned earlier reuploaded it & he also confirmed that it was the one with the "accurate platformer" gameplay, which means that this version of the bobcat has thankfully been preserved.

In Changed, Colin is a weakling and one of the only humans left in a society full of furries that want to transform him and make him their sub. Kinda makes him a badass to power through all of that, in the end. I dunno, I've never played Changed.

In M.U.G.E.N., Colin is made the badass he is supposed to be, done in the POTS style.

Drag and drop (or copy and paste) the def, snd and cns files to your OHMSBY Susanoo copy, and replace the same and current files and you should be ready.

An additional palette is also included, it (kinda) references Jashin-chan of course! This can be used for the original/unedited version too.
