Virtuality is a Donald edit made by x282ajn2ang_621 (AKA dawsaw, or Kuro Aonix) that is a low tier nuke/null. Its OP and can beat many characters without a hitbox.

His life rapidly fluctuates from 1337 to 1, has no hitboxes, can not be hit (even if you add hitboxes), and always has a OHKO fullscreen projectile.

This can manage to beat the original Kuro Aonix (while in Inferno form too), by using a fullscreen reversal that sends him to a custom state that immediately kills him.

It is the somewhat beloved vector rabbit from Vib-Ribbon, a lesser known work from the same creators behind PaRappa the Rapper, also on the PS1. She dances and can morph into a few forms, it is cute. I state she is balanced in her readme file, and has simple 3 button gameplay with 6 specials based on how she dodges obstacles in source. She has a cheap 12P however, she deserves cheapie power with her musical ability. It is only V3 so I will hopefully keep you posted on updates as I gets further down the rabbit hole.
