Deified Neo Meep
The TRUE FINAL BOSS of MUGEN, Deified Neo Meep, is here! Not to be confused with Neo Overlord or Superoverlord Meep, featuring at least 500% more spam, teleport abuse, anticheap abilities, massive regen, permanent armor, and more, this version of Neo Meep can easily handle almost any character you throw at him. He does, however, falter against certain techniques that he ironically employs in his own attacks in the anticheap mode (called Unfair Mode), so characters that use those can easily outclass him, but he's still far stronger than most of Meep140's previous creations, barring Superoverlord Meep at least.

Boneless Sword

Kira's Servant Archer, but mangled beyond recognition with Sad Claps code and constantly spawning sword projectiles. Also overrides the background with Unlimited Blade Works and is probably impossible to beat with a normal character.

Roid Rage Goku

So basically, AxKing made this really funny Goku, and I saw its AI was... ehh, alright, not the greatest but servicable, but when I saw the moves, that's when I knew I had to give this my AI instead, so I ripped out the old AI, gave it a few adjustments (mostly to reduce the flashing and make the power usage consistent with the activation requirements), put in my AI, and now we have this. The name's a joke about how this Goku is edited off of Alex's body for some reason.

Imagine Magaki, but he actually was as spammy as people made him out to be and add some memes. Now you have MaxiMagaki, and while his actual health might be pathetic, his damage output and sheer spamming capabilities are most definitely not. Edited off of jin's version of Magaki.

An edit of malevka1's "Rhino" which basically was just Hugo's face on an edited Hulk body to look like Rhino... which now actually has Hugo voicelines and is most notably NOT just a spriteswap of Johnny Bravo anymore, with a bunch of edited move properties. Why? Because I was bored, and this character was funny. Now it's funnier to me.

action 52 Time Warp Tickers
You know that one game on Action 52 that has the weird fingers in checkerboard land poking enemies to turn them into "Time?" It's that, but in MUGEN. Two directional movement, one attack, no taunt, and the Time Warp Tickers theme will constantly play. Kill or be killed in a single hit.
