    is there any guide on how to upload characters properly? like as long I credit the creator I can upload any mugen character I have?

      There are two steps:

      1. Compile the folder(s) for the character files into a zip or rar, and upload the zip or rar when submitting a file(s).

      2. Input the character's name in the name field, and put the author's name somewhere in the file description.  It doesn't matter where you put it, it just needs to be isolated enough to be noticable.
