THEY SPAM WAY TOO MUCH OP ATTACKS, AND WHEN THEY DON'T, IT"S TONS OF HELPERS. So I removed the helpers, resized the character, and renamed the file. 1.0 & 1.1 Compatible. We probably won't ever get a decent Frisk in the near future, so I tried my best in making this character well suited for these 1 on 1s and not 5 on 1. -

Authors: "Gramparson, Sumin, 1850" Photoshop Flowey (also known as Omega Flowey by fans), is the entity created when Flowey absorbs the six human SOULs at the end of a Neutral Route. He serves as the final boss of that route if the protagonist has not defeated him before since the last True Reset or Genocide Route. This character plays pretty close to the OG Undertale's Photoshop Flowey (Without the Soul Phases) Can be pretty challenging to kill with his save & load states and whatnot. But he is pretty fair! As long as you keep hitting him. (Note: Highly recommended to start the round yourself when fighting him so he doesn't straight up kill you before the round even starts.) -
