KOF94 Most of the chars are from kof'98 because their designs are similar to kof'94. Except for Robert '99 (w.i.p.) and Athena '96. this is just the pretext to create as many chars as possible for mugen, with a system similar to the original kof98-02 -SVC ... this game is actually the s.v.p. infinity, but I fixed many things, Vels, system, etc ... I remade all the chars for this s.v.p. and only rugal has A.I. Very basic, but I work on this. Remember this in beta phase and still does not have all the winner texts, but I am more interested in the fact that the chars do not have bugs. an apology for my english use the translator.
