As you can see, Gee is a big fan of IRC and MUGEN, and he lets the whole world know by proudly displaying them on his monitors. Look closely and you'll notice that there's actually an entire IRC conversation going on! If you wait long enough, you'll activate the monitors' screensavers (which just seem to be slideshows of pictures that Gee likes). Lowres, animated.
