"Took too long to respond" when trying to download characters

Hey all. Been trying to fix this for a bit now---started happening out of nowhere a few weeks ago. Usually, downloads work fine for me. I've tried a bunch of fixes with firewall-related stuff and whatnot, so I'm mostly just here to ask if this is only happening to me.
Whenever I click to download a character, I wait for some time and then am told that "f005.backblazeb2.com took too long to respond." I'll attach a photo in case that helps at all lol.
But yeah, anyway, if this is happening to anyone else, let me know. With any luck, it can be worked out.

Lol no, it's not it's no problem. in fact I'll guide you.
1. You're going to scroll to the top of the page and go to the "Staff" tab.

2. It will lead you to the "Staff Directory" what you're going to do is scroll down till you find the administrators which this is what you should be seeing

3. You're going to message the administrator aka andersonkenya1 he is the admin of this website. shoot him a message and let him know about the entire situation. if you don't get a response feel free to reach out to any of the moderators or supervisors 🙂

If you prefer a faster way to go to the staff tab just click on this sentence
