Bubbles is just if you put a bug in a Smash game as a playable character. She is supposed to be the fastest Powerpuff, and she actually is in running speed, but when it comes to average move startup she ranks the lowest. She has very high aerial mobility but little to no range, only coming equipped with downward lasers as a projectile. The biggest thing holding her back is not only does she take the longest to kill but her PTE is unreliable and doesn't always kill which could've been her saving grace to.... D tier. Still bad. Yeah, she's not Flapjack bad so I personally have her in an E tier.
