Mac & Bloo are S tier in their heart, E tier otherwise. They rely exclusively on their PTE to kill. Bloo is a hurtbox and a lot of their moves is Mac tossing Bloo as a low range projectile which basically makes it too risky to use against anyone. An opponent can even grab between the distance you threw Bloo to catch you for God knows why. Mac & Bloo players have to hope their opponent slips up basically. Probably the most fun low tier to play.
