Samurai Jack's placement is debatable but I personally have him in S tier. He has combos, damage, speed (second fastest frame data), and is a swordy giving him disjointed attacks. Once you master him he's a force not to be reckoned with. His PTE gets the Billy and Mandy treatment, a 1.5x damage buff and as a result producing more power cubes in super form. And that recovery goes so damn high, he's a good jumper I guess. Counter actually functions unlike the other FlapJack. Very overlooked character since no one really plays him.
