Vilgax is the definition of power and range and was intended to be a slow character but ended up being the fastest Ben 10 character, better speed than Flapjack but still just a little below average. He is THE strongest character in the game with ridiculously high damage output on all of his moves. He also has great utility to add on to it. His shield is invulnerable and is pretty much a Sephiroth counter but faster. Laser is arched making it harder to directly counter with your own projectile and also gives him a unique angle of attack not many other characters can do. SillyBobby is the best Vilgax you could probably talk to him about Vilgax or just watch VilgaxMaster gameplay on my channel. You'll notice a common start for Vilgax is to jump and poke with laser. Vilgax is S tier, rivals Aku and Grim.
