Johnny is another character that will mostly be using two or three moves as the rest of his kit is awful. He'll spam combs to pressure the opponent to come close and use up special when that opponent does come close. It's a really shitty strategy but it works. Since Johnny is a very 1-dimensional character many high/top tiers have tools that can deal with Johnny's bullcrap. Even B tiers like Ben and Kevin can work around this but lower tiers hilariously fall to the comb and macho power that is Johnny.
