All Smash characters have their own spark or pizazz that defines them such as Marth's tipper, or Jigglypuff's floaty and high air mobility. Him's special trait is that he has really good startup frame data but tremendously terrible endlag. Yep, as you can imagine a character whose trait is having a lot of endlag isn't going to end too well especially in a janky fast paced game like PTE or Melee. This trait even applies to his Punch Time Explosion making it the worst one in the entire game. It's so bad that you're better off not using the "ultimate attack" at all. Otherwise, Him has relatively average damage power and range. No full projectile either. Him will probably stay as the king of D tier while others will keep placing him in top tier for some reason. oh yeah. His side special destroys some projectiles and can deal a bunch of damage. Hard to roll by and shielding will break but... you can still jump or even hit Him out of this. It's not really amazing.
