Toiletnator still to this day remains a mystery on why he was included in the game over many other fan favorites such as Gwen, Schnitzel or Mandark but he's here to flush away the competition. Toiletnator has barely working combos and whips around with his toilet paper. His PTE is the best of the D tiers, of which whom he places with, but if not used properly or if it doesn't kill it can be shielded very easily when the opponent gets on ground. Toiletnator can get his PTE surprisingly quick with side smash spamming. Opinions on Toiletnator are very mixed because Toiletnator does have some good utility to his kit but with average damage and average speed. However Toiletnator's only decent kill move is his up smash which can be hard to land and his PTE.
