Aku is the most infamous S tier character in PTE because funny laser man goes hohohohoho. But Aku also comes equipped with up special which is a strong kill move, and jank. Aku is the glitchiest character in the game and can take advantage of many glitches to aid him in battle. His transformations will still attack if he is hit out of them for example. There are also laser techs he has which would give him some very good spacing options if mastered. Aku's fastfall can be stopped by not holding down and is the only character that can switch between normal fall and fastfalling. Goat taking advantage of side signature vertical influence gives him the best recovery in the game overall being better than even Blossom's recovery (although admittedly it is a little tricky to pull off, but with training no doubt consistent).
