A """""MVC2""""" edit of Cartoon Guy that I did with Swoogg all the way back in 2016. Swoogg pitched in a few things here and there, and I added more moves, sounds, and tons of effects.
I polished him up a little right before I uploaded this, if only to fix some of the more blatant bugs. I'm not too proud of this nowadays, though I definitely feel like there are people out there that would enjoy it a little.
