An Overpowered/cheap version of Blazblue's Nine The Phantom made by SAMSARA. Her uncompressed filesize is a huge 724 MB. To the best of my knowledge she is only compatible with Winmugen builds like Mugen Coruscation Hi-Res MUGEN. Occasional crashes may occur while using her.
