Original Description:
Well, after years and years on making this character, i wasn't able to finish it, this is my most difficult character to make on mugen and for YEARS i wanted to finish it but, you know, real life problems
it has been on a folder for YEARS and i didn't want to release something unfinish but also i didn't want it to be forgotten by me, in the process of making this character i had to LEARN how to do pixelart, so anyways
this is CVS saitama, i had MORE plans to make more One punch man characters fully sprites for mugen but is just really time consuming, STILL i will not throw this away
i will give you this character and the sprites pack for those who really want to see this character fully complete, because i don't think i will be ever able to complete it, i love pixelart and making sprites but shit
i have promess some people to release this character for years.
