Huge Frogger by Z-9 Lurker
This character is a frog that is very huge...if you couldn't tell already. This guy is from King of the Monsters 2 (Not based on Godzilla, get that out of your heads please) which is a long forgotten game here.
He also comes with his stage "The Hideout".
