Let me make this very clear to you, I will not let you upload 40 characters daily like you used to do (which are palettswap and spriteswaps), your content will be moderated by me until I see it necessary.

If you try to do any of the things you did in Mugen Archive here in Andersonkenya, you will be banned from this site along with your future attempts to return to this place. You will not escape your actions as easily as you did before.
