Oh, that's a classivania game, remake of Rondo of Blood for the Turbografx16. Yeah, that's gonna kick your butt.

The Metroidvania titles are the ones I'd recommend.

    • Symphony of the Night for PS1
    • Circle of the Moon for GBA
    • Harmony of Dissonance for GBA
    • Aria of Sorrow for GBA
    • Dawn of Sorrow for NDS
    • Portrait of Ruin for NDS
    • Order of Ecclesia for NDS

Those are the really cool ones that are more fun for me. Classicvanias have their place in people's hearts but they're not my thing. If you wanna try em out, Symphony of the Night is probably the easiest one. Circle of the Moon and Order of Ecclesia are the hardest.

Video games are truly fantastic, I am amazed at each discovery.

Especially games from before old consoles. Including the Sega games that I particularly love.

It's like embodying the character. I never understood why people ask for choices, open-world games, a variety of characters to play. For me, video games are like books, you have to immerse yourself in them.

It's between Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

I have a lot more history with SOTN and have played it far more, but Dragon's Dogma hits so many of the marks of what I actually want in a game. I can't wait for Dragon's Dogma 2.

I played Castlevania on PSP but I never finished the game, too difficult because you had to beat 2 boss at once.

Like the Gorgon and the werewolf. Symbolic monsters that I read in the children's stories "The Great Adventure".
