This led to a lot of hatred for him, and several punching bags made of him, as a response. While ElmoFan17 has made several punching bags based on him, this version predates ElmoFan17's versions.

This character was lost media for over half a decade, and was only recovered on December 26, 2021.
WalGarutRuf doesn't play like a typical Donald and instead acts similar to a vehicle character, it jumps around, rams into opponents and causes explosions. This character can be considered cheap due to almost all attacks doing high damage and the big attack range on majority of moves. This Donald doesn't have AI and just does whatever allowing for most AI's to beat it with ease.

Rare

Yeah, that's the actual name of the character. Fitting, considering that for a long time, this character was a rare find. Until July 9, 2023, this character was lost media.
Dating back to November 4, 2009, Rare is an OC cat character. Not much is known about Rare, in regards to his backstory.
Rare has similar playstyle and mechanics to most of the author's creations like his brain meter that acts like his powerbar. He can uses his unicorn horn to stab oppoenents or uses his puppeteering shadow to zone or grab characters, while also allowing Rare to move quickly across the stage. Rare is shown from the release video to have an AI, but it's currently unknown how strong it is.

In addition to the current roster, the recently released YERRR and the previously unreleased Duck Game are also available in the game! All of these characters work for regular M.U.G.E.N., and are all updated from their previous releases! Missing, however, are Koopa, Heartless Ken, and Possessed Pokemon Trainer (the latter two aren't very good, anyway).
