In order for the 4v4 and 3v3 to work, if you locate the exe files for 4v4 and 3v3 files in the same place where you locate your mugen.exe files, double click either the 4v4 or 3v3 exe files and you'll be able to open mugen with the 4v4/3v3 files. Go to watch mode and pick simul and you'll be able to pick 4 characters. You can download this mugen.zip example to where to locate the 4v4 and 3v3 patch locates.
