Belle from Beauty and the Beast has joined the MUGEN family. I know she's not exactly a character who would get physical, so don't expect much from this character. I guess you could say this is mainly for collection purposes. Sprites were ripped by Tonberry2k. Belle belongs to Disney. A lot of the credit goes to Ryon. Without his video tutorials, I wouldn't have been able to make this character.
