Cliff-Sub Zero by Cliff-A
Like Scorpion by the same author, this version of Sub-Zero also uses the sprites from Mortal Kombat 2 SNES. Some of his fatalities have him using his ice sword which is expected out of Sub-Zero. One of his fatalities have Sub-Zero holding a machine gun! If this doesn't convince you that this is the best character, then clearly nothing will.
