This character seems to be a self-insert character. He mostly just references old memes or some of The_None's stuff like the characters he makes in Knuckle Fighter Alpha. He also uses Instant Transmission, Kamehamehas, Proton Cannons and a move that parodies a infamous cheap character but with Tenshi. He also has the AK-47 hyper which is unblockable.
