A character designed for FourthRhyme fighters.  Unlike the rest, however, this character is not based on a singular source.  Rather, this is a combination of the President of Ugly and void memes, which AngryBirdCooler seems to be obsessed with.  He plays like a boss character, with a six-button gameplay style, kinda similar to how Electric Gremlin plays with four buttons and how Dice Gremlin plays with six buttons.  This character isn't funny, but it is pretty interesting.
