Just an aesthetic and sound edit of Frule's Cirno and also some minor additions to attacks and a new winpose.
The music when she wins was missing originally so l went "big brain time" by downloading the release video, crop it, turn it into a wav, insert it into FF3, make a few changes on the outro code and bam!
l also added nns' AI patch to make her MORE swag so have fun with this little edit lol
