One of the more infamous bosses from The Binding of Isaac, known for either ending many runs or taking an huge chunk of Isaac's health reserves,
and having an huge hatedom until worse bosses were made in DLC packs.
It have its entire moveset from the game adapted for MUGEN, but can shoots upwards instead of downwards, based off a mod which did it within the game (Why ?).
Also have a meme, busted, 12p mode.

The Bloat spawns two eyeballs by either moving or launching any attacks that floats within the stage for the sake of annoying the opponent.
