My edit of Shazzo's Luigi made for his never finished Super Mugen Bros project (which many people still refer the character as SMBZ Luigi). Originally he was an edit of Actarus' "CvS" Axel Stone (some call it "spriteswap", but he plays nothing like the base character due to having different special moves).
Much like Mario edit I made prior, few things were added, improved, and overhauled, and he still retains his "weapon mode" instead of crouching.
