Rei 1.0.0

This is Rei by E-Fry based on Ahuron's version of Rei. His main palette is based on the anime, and his portraits have been edited to reflect this. He's also now voiced by Kaneto Shiozawa from the anime, instead of Isshin Chiba from the arcade game. He comes with an extremely tough AI and a version of Musou Tensei. This is the latest 2.8 version where the timing of the Fatal KO was changed a bit.

I've disabled his automatic AI, but you can re-enable it by opening "AI.txt" going to line 1288, and changing the 0 into a 1.
