Whitty was made by: "Kwy"
Pretty decent version of Whitty in my opinion.
While could use a little more work on him, he's definitely got potential to be honest.
Tried him with the AI Assist and he stood pretty well against the FNF roster.
(I 100% prefer this version over the Joy Games versions)
