Ruthless Gustab Plus by ‚Ü‚¶‚Á‚ A very cheap edit of Gustab Munchausen. Selfstates out of every attack, but still gets beaten by Adelheid-Boss 6P or Nao The Pale Killer 12P.
Has an interesting, but at the same time annoying feature: he starts draining the enemy's HP once they let at least one vulnerable frame slip.
The readme has it this Gustab has some more features on eighth palette and beyond, but I can't understand Japanese, so explore them on your own if you want.
