Character I did just beacuse XD The protagonist of Street Master, a
pirate MSX game that is a clone in equal parts to both Street Fighter I
and II, I was boring so I made this character in one day just for fun.

(Summary)

Well, the characters sure are weird. They love to perform combos and infinites, and while these are theorically doable by human players, they are nigh-impossible to pull off because of extremely tight timing and the requirement of doing a command to perform the fwd dash and the Specials (in Joe's case). Both him and Joe have a very doable 100% combo anyways, so those maybe made the chars more entertaining.

Joe is literally almost a copypaste from Ken except for the Specials, yet he win against him 75% of the time.
Also, a (maybe not) bug that allow Joe to use the Flip Kick in the air is fixed.
