Depends on your definition of cheap. She's a Guilty Gear character so she may be stronger than other fighting game characters. I don't consider her cheap.

As for AI, it's not cheap. A cheap AI uses constant exploits such as spamming, infinites, and glitches to win battles.

Example: Taokaka I uploaded, Holn AI patches at maximum difficulty

A brutal (or what I call "competitive") AI doesn't use cheap exploits and fights just as if it were a competitive or normal player. I say competitive because there are typically restrictions in competitive play such as infinites.

I haven't tried yet but I think if you use the def "dizzy2_AI_EX" it would be cheap with infinite Burst bar regeneration.

what happened is that i confused her with other edits(or maybe canonical forms) she has called "Omni-Psych Super Dizzy"

i clearly don't know a shit bout guilty gear, i only watch his hentai
