Not to be confused with the Marvel character of the same name, this Juggernaut edit proves to be as his name says.  Try as he might, he cannot move, dash, or jump, and most of his attacks do no damage.  Sure, he can still use all of his attacks, but except for his default grab, none of his attacks will do anything but knock the opponent away.  This character was designed to be the weakest character possible, other than flat out being a punching bag.

An example of source accuracy taken too far.  NES Silver Surfer plays exactly as he does in Arcadia Systems' Silver Surfer video game.  He can only move in four directions and fire energy spheres, which barely do much damage.  No matter what, he will always die in one hit, which can result from getting hit by an attack, colliding with the opponent's hitboxes, or even just spontaneously dying without any rhyme or reason.  There is a reason why he is in the Joke Character tier of SpriteClub.

The roaming legendary mechanic is probably the worst mechanic in all of Pokémon.  This 2014 April Fool's Entei is the embodiment of this.  Its only attack is Roar, which will activate if it chooses to attack or is attacked, and all it does is make Entei run away and make itself get KOed.  However, if you try to hurt it with a really cheap attack (especially a OHKO attack), Entei will reverse it with its own OHKO attack, involving a very humorous Entei picture.
