Surprisingly, the spyware ape serves as the final boss of Vargverse.  In addition to having hyper armor, he uses all sorts of random virus and meme attacks, though he thankfully has a notable pause between every attack.  Believe me, some of his attacks can be pretty long to endure.  Plus, he has two phases, and for at least one round, he will activate a OHKO finisher when he is at low health during his second phase.  If you do not defeat him within 30 seconds, while tons of Bonzi heads are trying to obstruct you way of attacking...it's Total Destruction.

Bosko, the Talk-Ink Kid was the first ever Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies character, debuting back in 1929 in an unaired pilot short, and in 1930 in "Sinkin' In the Bathtub", which marked two of the earliest cartoons to feature soundtrack-synchronized speech and dancing. While he may have been the earliest Looney Tune, made during a time before Warner Bros. found their footing with Looney Tunes, and a character that led to innovation in the animation industry, I wouldn't consider Bosko to be a great character on his own merit. When it comes to his design, he was conceived in 1927 as a "negro boy" and maintained blackface stereotypes for a good while, even though Rudolf Ising denied that he was ever meant to be this. Hell, when Bosko's creators went over to MGM, Bosko went right back to being blackface to an even more obvious extent... Besides, most of his cartoons, with a few exceptions, were far off from the more anti-Disney style they'd go with once they entered the mid-30s with Porky Pig. But hey, that's just my opinion.
In M.U.G.E.N., Bosko plays similar to other creators by the same author.

NESMario123's Bubsy is the very 1st Bubsy character that was made for the engine in 2012, predating FourthRhyme's version by 5 years.
As of 11/25/2022, it was recently discovered that the character was found by a user named "Um Cool" who secretly re-uploaded the character on the MUGEN Archive website, which became a forgotten post that was overlooked upon for over 4 years until the discovery was made.
To add prove that this is the right version of Bubsy being uploaded, NESMario123 (now known as RANK7YGO) himself confirmed in a comment that he was going to reupload the character before the user mentioned earlier reuploaded it & he also confirmed that it was the one with the "accurate platformer" gameplay, which means that this version of the bobcat has thankfully been preserved.

What started as a simple edit of Hawk became a fully fledged character, whose moves can take your health down very easily.  Now, instead of his breakdown activiting automatically upon gaining full power, now it must be activated through is Vinetrigger.  Now, not only are his moves pretty much unstoppable, but he has super armor during his breakdown's duration.

A small edit of the Snack Vendor, as it acts like a Bumper from the Smash Bros. series deflecting all projectiles and bouncing opponents into the air.  It can only be hurt by certain attacks, such as the use of the F1 key, and attacks from cheapies such as Crazy Catastrophe, Ice-Oro-Mizuchi or those that K.O. you at the start of the round.

Finally, fresh meat!
The Buried Alive Model is not what you would expect in M.U.G.E.N.  The zombie itself has sprites edited from Mukuro, and only attacks from the ground to grab the opponent.  Meanwhile, the rest of the character is controlled by the White Hand Sprite, which summons various monsters like a Gengar that shoots out explosive orbs and a giant slime head that fires a wave of vomit.  This character is both creepy and weird.
