Winning the set with a Level 3 will play Reach by Gravity Pool.
Dramatic Finish with Goku plays Lost by Haji's Kitchen.
Warning: The char has poor audio balance on the new English voicelines.

Limited WinMugen

This zip contains 4 files.
"WinMugen.rar", the original leaked version by Elecbyte1.
It has most of the limitations of the beta, like a character limit.
"No_limit_Winmugen_patch.zip" and "No_limit_winmugen_fix_patch_only.zip", a patched version to remove the limits in WinMugen.
And finally "No_limit_Winmugen_patch [Fixed Encoding].zip" a version of the normal file that has all the file names converted to UTF-8 (by me, before this release) so the file names display correctly in non-Japanese OS.
These files do not have real use outside archival purposes.
